Terms of Service
1. Introduction
These terms are a contract between you and Arias Media Group Inc., operating as 'CleanyLeads' (referred to as "CleanyLeads"). By using our marketing solutions, you accept these conditions. Based in Canada, we support commercial cleaners throughout North America.
2. Scope of Service
- High-Quality Prospecting: Vetting prospective janitorial clients for your team. Site Visit Booking: Organizing walkthroughs for facility bidding. Business Growth Access: Offering strategic entry to commercial tenders and cleaning service request proposals.
3. Billing & Retainer Protocols
Our agency operates via scheduled monthly fees. All financial statements are provided in CAD or USD as agreed and follow a Net 30 schedule. We reserve the right to pause lead flow if a balance remains outstanding past the designated grace period.
4. Termination & Refund Terms
A minimum 30-day notice in writing is required to end our partnership. As our operational resources are committed early to each campaign, CleanyLeads enforces a non-refundable policy for active monthly cycles and any work completed to date.
5. Client Duties & Risk Management
Users must engage with every prospect provided immediately. While we maintain rigorous standards, CleanyLeads does not promise specific profits or won bids. Performance is influenced by your sales process and the specific dynamics of your local market.
6. Legal & Intellectual Rights
Proprietary tactics used for prospecting remain the exclusive property of CleanyLeads. Total liability is capped at the sum paid for the month prior to any claim. Governance of these statutes falls under the judicial system of Ontario, Canada.
